Ten guest suites now available for sale aboard The World of ResidenSea
Ten of 88 guest suites aboard The World of ResidenSea, the world's first residential resort community at sea, are now available for purchase. Although the ship's 110 residences have always been available for purchase, this is the first time that guest suite accommodations are made available for private ownership.

"This initiative was motivated by residents interested in purchasing smaller residential units for family, friends, staff and/or associates - similar to a guest cottage on land -- and from qualified buyers seeking to be part of this new luxury lifestyle," said Frédy Dellis, president and CEO of ResidenSea Ltd. New purchasers must meet the same financial qualifications as current residents, undertake the same purchasing procedures and are bound by identical contractual terms and conditions.

The 10 guest suites for sale span a large range of size and price. Like the residential apartments, internationally renowned designers Nina Campbell, J.P. Molyneaux, Yran & Storbraaten and Luciano Di Pilla created interiors of the four larger guest suite units for sale, which measure 70 to 72.7 square meters each (229.7 to 238.5 square feet) and are offered at $1,350,000. The acclaimed hospitality design firm of Hirsch Bedner Associates designed the remaining six guest suite interiors, which measure 33.9 square meters each (111.2 square feet) and are priced at $680,000. All 10 guest suites are located together on the stern of Deck 7 to create a fully residential area.

All guest suites have remote controlled television with satellite reception and video cassette player; direct dial telephone; marble bathroom with separate tub and shower; Frette linens and feather-down pillows, luxurious bath amenities and complimentary in-suite beverages.
