Lindblad Expeditions has announced "Book 4 and Explore," which will give travel agents who book four cabins on select Galápagos voyages a complimentary voyage for themselves and a travel companion. The offer is valid on bookings made by March 31 on any Galápagos departure from January through June 30.
Travel agents then have one year to take their complimentary Galapagos expedition for two onboard the National Geographic Endeavour in a category 2 cabin on a departure through June 30, 2013. Black-out periods may apply.
Lindblad also has a Galapagos free air offer. Those who book before March 31 can receive complimentary roundtrip air on select January-June departures from New York or Miami to Galápagos, or an upgrade to business class on the New York/Guayaquil flights for $500 roundtrip. Norwegian Cruise Line launched a Facebook contest encouraging fans to "See the World the Norwegian Way." Through March 31, participants will have a chance to win one of five seven-day cruises. Each weekday, Norwegian will release a new contest clue on its Facebook page. Fans will have to collect responses to all five clues and then correctly answer each in order to be entered into the contest.
As part of "Norwegians Take it to the Next Level" sales event, new reservations made through March 31 can receive same-category upgrades, reduced deposits and e-coupons worth up to $400 in onboard savings on select ships.

Abercrombie & Kent is offering an expedition aboard MV Le Boreal to the High Arctic and Norway's Svalbard archipelago.
The Arctic Cruise Adventure: Polar Bear Country will take place July 6 to 21, 2013. Participants will see a diversity of colorful flora under the midnight sun in a region where polar bears roam the ice edge, less than 600 miles from the geographic North Pole. The program explores Greenland's Bronze Age villages, Eskimo settlements and fishing enclaves, while searching for local wildlife. The trip finishes in Iceland with a visit to the extinct volcano of Snaefellsjokull, setting of Jules Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth.
Abercrombie & Kent's Arctic Cruise Adventure: Polar Bear Country (July 6-21, 2013) includes pre-cruise lodging in Oslo, a charter flight to Longyearbyen, on-board lectures, twice-daily shore and zodiac excursions, most drinks and crew and staff gratuities. Princess Cruises is looking for 1,000 passenger-submitted cruise vacation photos to permanently showcase aboard its new Royal Princess when the ship debuts in spring 2013. The line has launched a "1,000 Memories at Sea" contest inviting passengers to submit their best cruise vacation shots, which will be displayed on the walls of hallways between staterooms and in other locations around the ship. In addition, one lucky photographer will win a cruise for two, including airfare, on Royal Princess.
The "1,000 Memories at Sea" contest runs through March 31, 2012 and is open to entrants 21 years of age or older, residing in the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Lindblad Expeditions is offering free roundtrip air to those who book select May and June departures of Alaska cruises by March 31. Rates for "Exploring Alaska's Coastal Wilderness" begin at $5,990 per person, double occupancy, for a Category 1 cabin, and $7,690 for "Alaska, British Columbia and San Juan Islands."
Each Alaska expedition will include an "undersea specialist" who will dive to depths of 40 to 80 feet with strong lights and a high-definition camera. The photos taken will be shared in presentations that showcase the breadth of the ocean's interconnected food chains. (Source. Travelpulse.com)

Crystal Cruises is rewarding past guests who refer new passengers with the new Referral Rewards Program. Crystal Society members can earn up to $6,000 cash for referring new guests on all 2011 cruises and 10 cruises in the first quarter of 2012.
In its spring issue of its repeat-guest magazine, "Passport," Crystal included three redemption certificates to pass on to a potential Crystal cruiser. Crystal Society members will receive $1,000 for each guest who redeems a certificate and sails on a Crystal cruise of eight days or more. The new-to-Crystal guest will save $250 per person off the cruise fare.
For seven-day cruises, the Crystal Society member will receive $500 and the new Crystal cruiser will save $125 off the cruise fare. Should all three certificates be redeemed for applicable double-occupancy cruises, the Society Member could earn up to $6,000.
Even travel agents who have sailed at full revenue are eligible to redeem certificates for their referrals. Applicable redemption sailings include all remaining 2011 cruises of seven days or longer, and select first-quarter 2012 cruises, covering Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, the Pacific Coast, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal, New England, Canada, Hawaii, the Pacific, Australia, Asia, Russia, South America, and across the Atlantic. With 2012 marking the line's 20th anniversary as a luxury innovator, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has added increased value on 36 Mediterranean voyages, offered from April through October. Depending on the cruise, travelers can enjoy bonus savings of up to $8,000 per suite when booked by March 31, 2012.
As part of the limited time offer, guests in Penthouse and higher suites receive free upgrades to Business Class on transatlantic flights. Guests in deluxe suites can upgrade to Business Class for just $999 each way.
Travelers can choose from 7-, 10-, and 14-night itineraries aboard the 700-guest, all-balcony, all-suite Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner - recently awarded first and second place in the "Best Cabins, Small Ship" category in the first Cruise Critic Cruisers' Choice Awards.

To celebrate Wave Season, the best time of the year to book a cruise, Norwegian Cruise Line is offering a jumpstart on the savings by launching its "Norwegians Take it to the Next Level" sales event today. All new cruise reservations on all ships booked from today through March 31, 2012, will receive a free upgrade within the same stateroom category, along with e-coupons providing on-board savings worth $400 (for sailings taking place before December 31, 2012).
As a special bonus, from today through December 18, 2011, the line is offering cruisers the opportunity to "take it to the next level" with a mini-suite for the price of a balcony; balcony staterooms for the price of an oceanview, and oceanview staterooms for the price of inside staterooms on all ships and destinations. Cruise deposits during this time for sailings of three days or longer are reduced by 50 percent.
NCL - Norwegian Cruise Line

Oceania Cruises launches high-value Wave Season promotion, offering Business Class air upgrades from just $999 per person, one-way, on select 2012 summer sailings, plus two-for-one deposits on all sail dates. The offer is good on new cruise reservations booked now through March 31, 2012.
The Business Class air upgrade is available for those guests booked in Category A to Owner's Suite category.
Oceania Cruises

Azamara Club Cruises is inviting travelers to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and tastes of Europe in 2012 with airfare credits of up to $2,000 per stateroom. Along with additional savings on cruise fares and shore excursions, plus included gratuities, guests will enjoy Azamara's authentic hospitality on an immersive European adventure aboard the cruise lines two intimate ships, Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest.
Azamara Club Cruises recognizes the great value travel agents add to guests' overall experience and offers agents in the fifty states and Canada up to 15 percent commission on cruise bookings and cruise tours, 10 percent commission on hotel stays, and ground transfers, as well as five percent on CruiseCare insurance when purchased through the cruise line. New for 2012, travel agents also can earn an additional commission of $25 per booking when purchasing air transportation for their clients through ChoiceAir, Azamara's proprietary air booking system.

Australia's pioneer of small-ship expedition cruising Coral Princess Cruises has extended their Kimberley 'Waterfall Season" special offers to new bookings made until 31 March 2012 or until sold out.
The discounts, between 15 and 25 per cent off normal prices on their 10-night Kimberley Coast expeditions, are valid on April 2012 departures aboard their state-of-the-art 72 passenger small ship Oceanic Discoverer or the intimate 35 metre catamaran Coral Princess. Single Travellers can also take advantage of great savings, with the bane of the single traveller - the dreaded single supplement - waived on April 2012 departures aboard Oceanic Discoverer.
Waterfall Season prices for the 10-night Kimberley cruise aboard Oceanic Discoverer start at $6,517.50 per person for Coral Princess Cruises past guests (25% off) and $7,386.50 for first time travellers (15% off) in a Main Deck (Category B) Stateroom. Special prices aboard Coral Princess start at $5,242.50 for past guests and $5,941.50 for first time travellers in a Cabin category room. Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic is offering lower seasonal rates to those who travel during less traditional vacation periods in 2012.
The new Galápagos Prime season rates begin at $4,750 per person for a 10-day voyage on the 96-passenger National Geographic Endeavour, and start at $5,450 per person on the 48-passenger National Geographic Islander (based on double occupancy in a Category 1 cabin). Both are expedition ships equipped with tools for exploration.
Guests that book an expedition before March 31, 2012 receive complimentary roundtrip air on select 2012 departures from either New York or Miami to Galápagos, or upgrade to business class on the New York/Guayaquil flights for only $500 round-trip. Blount Small Ship Adventures is offering a new cruise itinerary with three days in New Brunswick beginning in August. The line will operate three nine-night cruises from Boston. The cruise visits Saint John and St. Andrews-by-the-Sea in New Brunswick as well as Rockland, Eastport, Bar Harbor and Portland, Maine. Departure dates are Aug. 1, Aug. 12 and Aug. 23. Silversea Cruises launched a new program that gives amenities to corporate and incentive groups of 10 or more suites on select voyages. The amenities include complimentary Internet access, one complimentary berth for every nine paid, complimentary upgrades for all suites from the Veranda to Deluxe Veranda category, and onboard credit of $250 per person. Net rates start at $2,566 per person.
Among the 2012 voyages offering the new corporate and incentive group program are the Silver Spirit's seven-day Mediterranean cruises departing Monte Carlo on May 17 and Istanbul on June 25. Also eligible are the Silver Whisper's seven-day Northern Europe cruise departing Stockholm on Aug. 23 and its seven-day Nov. 1 Caribbean voyage roundtrip from Barbados.
